Un weekend da incubo nemmeno rimborsato!!
Oltre il danno pure la beffa!!!
Caldaia rotta e di conseguenza mancanza di acqua calda e aria calda, senza alcun avviso, pur sapendo che il tutto non funzionava dal pomeriggio!!
Atteggiamento della ragazza al desk non all’altezza di stare dietro una reception, non è stata capace di risolvere la situazione!!
Il proprietario si commenta da solo, lasciare lì una ragazza in balia di tutto l’hotel che si lamentava…una vergogna direi!!!
