Historic restaurant in Castiglion Fiorentino offering tasty traditional Tuscan cuisine at affordable prices.

The piano bar inside and the elevated terrace, overlooking the pretty little square of Castiglion Fiorentino, contribute greatly to the character of this rather elegant establishment. On the menu: traditional regional cuisine, full of flavor, at more than reasonable prices. The house wine is recommended, as is the tender beef tagliata, served just grilled with green pepper and rosemary. This is the spirit of a "trattoria", synonymous with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. A sure bet!

Buoni i crostini e il formaggio ma poca varietà nel tagliere. I primi sono eccezionali, specialmente i pici e i saccottini. Consiglio anche la crema catalana.

Un luogo senza tempo in cui la ristorazione ha ancora "R" maiuscola, in cui il cibo viene cucinato con amore e rispetto. Nota di merito a quella docissima signora che si occupa della cottura della "ciccia" ... l'amore con cui massaggia, seleziona e cuoce la carne è spettacolare e visibile a tutti.
