This farm has a "coup de coeur" restaurant, where local gastronomy is revisited with talent and audacity.
A very pleasant address in the tradition and atmosphere of the friendly trattoria with a family welcome. The dishes of Tuscan gastronomy are revisited with originality. A varied and refined menu that follows the market offer and therefore the season. From the starter to the dessert, the recipes mix audacity and refinement, without forgetting the house specialities, from the Cinta Senese (tasty pork meat) to the exquisite beef tagliata. The wine, olive oil, fruit and vegetables are all produced on the estate. Gourmets will be seduced.

Tutto perfetto e anche oltre.
Locazione ottimale immersa in un uliveto, musica di sottofondo sublime con pianista. Vino di spiccata qualità e cibo ottimo con portate degne del grande chef che le ha ideate,

We chose the 8 course menu and it was described as „selected by the chef and taste our most representative dishes.
After the whole experience, we felt the kitchen team don’t welcome us to be here. The whole menu is just one theme „ beef „Beef tartar, beef tongue, beef cheeks. It’s true that among the eight dishes we had something else, lamb, rabbit. However we can’t be persuaded that they can represent the Elba region.
Petit fours - the green olive ???? form one is nice with olive’s flavor.

Wir wurden von einem sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Service empfangen und bewirtet. Dabei haben beide Damen italienisch, englisch und deutsch gesprochen. Auch auf die Empfehlungen für den Wein und den Nachtisch kann man sich vollends verlassen. Sowohl vor dem Hauptgang, als auch vor und nach dem Dessert erhält man noch einen Gruß aus der Küche. Auch der Espresso ist hervorragend. Die Portionen sind völlig in Ordnung und der Preis gerechtfertigt.
