Opened in 2017, this bistro perfectly combines some of the island's traditional dishes, such as octopus cooked slowly in red wine (hence its name Polpo Briao), with a cellar exclusively made up of Elbo wines. Here, more than anywhere else, the territory is the common thread! A place that promises a nice Italian-style aperitivo.
