It offers a bright, elegant setting, with a dining room featuring large picture windows and an outdoor terrace offering a breathtaking view of the sea. The restaurant is also renowned for its creative cuisine, a tribute to the culinary tradition of Elba. The carefully crafted menu features fresh, local produce, mainly seafood and fish caught daily. Starters include local swordfish carpaccio, red tuna tartare or grilled octopus with cacciucco, burrata and parsley. You can then opt for red mullet with gurguglione and parmesan fondue or local fish fillet accompanied by a variety of vegetables. Meat lovers will delight in dishes such as beef cheek braised in red wine or pan-fried lamb chops with seasonal vegetables. To end on a sweet note, try the butter and cream puff pastry with strawberries and chocolate, or the semifreddo and briaca crushed with peaches and aléa. The restaurant also boasts an exceptional wine cellar, with a selection of over 600 labels.
