Good pickaxe! A family restaurant, with a summer terrace, located in the historic centre of Montepulciano. The address offers a pretty menu of regional specialities, where fresh pasta, all desserts, bread, jams, biscuits and some liqueurs are prepared homemade. Good cuisine, while respecting seasonality. A friendly and smiling welcome, the team is involved. To be mentioned, some fish dishes à la carte as well as pizzas cooked in the wood oven, and a special attention to vegetarians.

Capitato per caso e senza vedere le valutazioni perché non avevo connessione ci siamo affidati all’istinto come si faceva in tempi non troppo remoti e per fortuna l’istinto non si è per niente sbagliato . Il locale è ben curato e pulito e per raggiungerlo non ci sono grosse difficoltà. Il personale gentilissimo e professionale e sa consigliarvi in base alle vostre esigenze cosa ordinare grazie per i consigli abbiamo degustato piatti favolosi. Abbiamo ordinato l’antipasto composto da crostini , formaggi e salumi buonissimi di ottima qualità e abbondanti poi per primo i pici con funghi porcini divini cotti alla perfezione non abbiamo ordinato i secondi perché eravamo già pieni sarà occasione per ritornare per mangiare i secondi. Se siete a Montepulciano e volete mangiare benissimo questo è il locale ideale

Abbiamo mangiato in questo ristorante oggi a pranzo. Abbiamo preso un misto di bruschette, 2 Pici al ragù, 1 Pici all’aglione, due patatine fritte, un calice di vino, acqua e 1 caffè…tutto squisito. Personale molto cordiale. In tutto abbiamo speso 65€. Lo consiglio per l’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Lo consiglio vivamente, un bel posto, staff accogliente e premuroso, adatto anche per chi ha delle intolleranze come me al glutine. Ho mangiato un antipasto misto di affettati e formaggi con miele buonissimo, dei pici al tartufo stratosferici e un'ottima crostata di susine, rapporto qualità prezzo anche più che giusto.
Di sicuro se torno in quel fantastico borgo che è Montepulciano sarà nuovamente una mia tappa.
Anche le persone che erano con me sono rimaste molto soddisfatte.
