A very good address in the city created by two crazy people (pazzi), two inseparable friends (one from Perugia, the other from Venice). Here you can enjoy traditional Umbrian and Venetian cuisine, accompanied by excellent wines and stunning desserts. The house recommends for example shrimps sautéed with rosemary and chickpea cream, ravioloni stuffed with burrata, parmesan, thyme, cherry tomatoes and salted ricotta, pork stuffed with sausage cream and flavoured with wine and truffle. Bread, pasta: everything is homemade!
