A very good address in the city created by two crazy people (pazzi), two inseparable friends (one from Perugia, the other from Venice). Here you can enjoy traditional Umbrian and Venetian cuisine, accompanied by excellent wines and stunning desserts. The house recommends for example shrimps sautéed with rosemary and chickpea cream, ravioloni stuffed with burrata, parmesan, thyme, cherry tomatoes and salted ricotta, pork stuffed with sausage cream and flavoured with wine and truffle. Bread, pasta: everything is homemade!

Locale rustico e di stampo tradizionale, così come il menu’. Abbiamo preso: Tagliere di nocinerie e pecorino sardo non consigliabile per 2 persone sapori sufficienti. Magatello al pepe rosa con salsa tonnata e tartufo nero, abbondante ma dal sapore discreto. Maialino al forno farcito con prugne e crema di salsiccia glassato al vino e tartufo molto buono.
Infine per dolce il cestino di croccante alla mandorla con gelato e frutti di bosco molto buono e l’unicorno alle nocciole con ricotta siciliana ed essenze di zenzero e cannella molto buono.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo non eccezionale.
