This trattoria-pizzeria claims to be a short biological chain. A successful project, since fresh products come directly from local agricultural producers, favoring organic farms, without going through intermediaries. The origin of each product is detailed in the menu to restore an identity to the food consumed. A healthy battle led by the entire David team, chef cook. Good value for money and good value for money. The kitchen served is regional and Italian. Nice setting and warm welcome.

Al Mangiar bene conferma, dopo anni, la qualità dell'offerta. Ottimi prodotti cucinati con cura ed equilibrio. Mi piace molto il carattere da vera trattoria, ormai se ne trovano poche, si insegue la moda del ricercato, del gourmet, ed è tutto uguale! Complimenti al servizio, impeccabile ma non formale. Evidentemente lo consiglio caldamente!

Posto carino ed accogliente in pieno centro storico di Perugia. Si mangia tipico umbro ed il personale è molto alla mano. Consiglio la bistecca che era davvero buona e gli gnocchi alla norcina, deliziosi. Prezzi modici ed abbordabili, porzioni abbondanti.
