Good value hotel near San Lorenzo Cathedral, in the center of Perugia.

This is an address to remember, given the good value for money that this establishment represents. The hotel is located less than 500 metres from San Lorenzo Cathedral, in the centre of the city, in a quiet street. It has 52 rooms, all of which are well equipped. The decoration in the lobby is a bit old-fashioned and the furniture in some rooms a bit out of fashion, but they are still very comfortable and clean. The rooms are more spacious than in many other establishments of the same category. Very friendly welcome.

La struttura è decisamente di charme (saloni affrescati, un bellissimo rooftop e mille scale e corridoietti...) e la posizione è superlativa (a 10 secondi da Corso Vannucci, facendo dimenticare l'eventuale scomodità di lasciare l'auto ai piedi della Rocca Paolina). Ma, come già riscontrato altrove da qualche anno a questa parte, sembra si lesini sul personale: ménage della camera incompleto ("dimenticato" il bagno), colazioni difficoltose. In rapporto al prezzo, si può ritenere comunque una soluzione consigliabile, soprattutto per soggiorni brevi.

Sono tornata oggi da Perugia e ho alloggiato in in questo hotel molto accogliente e particolare, ci siamo sentite come a casa, servizio ottimo, colazione abbondante e varia, personale gentilissimo molto attento alle esigenze dei clienti soprattutto una ragazza di nome Noemi, insomma davvero all'hotel Fortuna sanno come coccolare gli ospiti

Albergo molto carino, centralissimo. La stanza 220 piccola e con un arredamento datato, pompa di calore sporca e rumorosa. La stanza 209 carina, balcone trascurato e piuttosto misero. Pompa di calore sporca, piena di polvere e foglie dei lavori appena effettuati. Bagno nuovissimo ma privo di ogni, sostegno per asciugamani, carta igienica, e porta spazzolini. Colazione abbondante e prodotti di qualità.
