Museum exhibiting a collection of Etruscan and Roman pieces in a former Dominican convent in Perugia.
Since 1948, the museum has occupied a former Dominican convent on Corso Cavour. It displays objects dating from the Paleolithic era up to the 3rd century AD, but the section with Etruscan and Roman coins is the highlight of the visit. Don't miss the Etruscan tomb of Cai Cutu, and the Cippe of Perugia. Most of the exhibits come from 19th century excavations undertaken in various necropolises in the region.
