Located outside the city centre, above the funicular, this restaurant offers formulas made with pasta dishes and other local delicacies. Perched on the top of the hill, it overlooks the whole city. Chef Paolo Pascolini and his sister Michela, owners of the restaurant since 2003, work the raw material with care, the products are always in season and from the region. The establishment even won a cooking competition in 2010. On the menu of the secondi piatti: duck leg stuffed with prunes, wild boar, veal cheek in red wine, lamb chops.

Provato il 07/04/2024. Bella location a fianco alla Basilica sopra Gubbio. Concorrente della puntata dei 4 ristoranti dedicata alla cucina eugubina. Personale competente, attento e simpatico. Ottima insalatina di mazzancolle, burrata, coulis di pomodoro con pane e basilico. Fantastici ravioli bicolore al cacio e pepe con asparagi e guanciale. Buone polpette di coniglio fritte con salsa di carote e finocchi. Meravigliosa mousse al mascarpone. Ottimo Merlot locale. Prezzo adeguato. Consigliatissimo.

Bellissima location dove sorseggiare uno sprizt prima di andare a riprendere la funivia che si trova a pochi passi. Il locale offre una terrazza panoramica con vista sulla città di Gubbio. è presente anche un ristorante ma non l'ho provato.

Uno dei migliori se non il migliore della zona. Piatti abbondanti. Preparati dallo chef Paolo. Grande cuoco capace di dare personalità e originalità in ogni sua composizione. Prezzi economici per la qualità del cibo
