FUSION CAFÉ

This is one of the liveliest bars in the city centre. Regularly, concerts are organized there, especially on weekends during the summer. Several age groups and socio-professional backgrounds mix there. Between 6pm and 9pm, the house serves a buffet to celebrate, as it should be, the aperitif filled with cheeses and cold cuts from the region, such as cheese stuffed with truffles, caciotta, made from cow, sheep and goat milk, pecorino from the Umbria region, coppa from the province of Perugia, and so on. You will be able to taste wine from the region.
