Dedicated to Sant'Ubaldo, the patron saint of Gubbio, this festival offers a great show in the streets of the city up to Mount Ingino.
One of the great traditional Italian festivals that dates back centuries and during which thousands of people crowd the streets of Gubbio. Dedicated to Saint Ubaldo, the patron saint of the town, it consists of three teams, each of which must carry on their shoulders a wooden structure almost 5 metres high and weighing about 400 kg. The route ends with the ascent of Mount Ingino and the entrance to the Basilica of Sant'Ubaldo.
