Situated just below Piazza del Duomo, with a terrace overlooking the garden of Piazza della Signoria, its location and views of the city are really very pleasant. As well as its beautiful 17th century interior made of stone. Luca and Valentina reopened the historic Locanda della Signoria in 2017. Its cuisine is rustic and refined at the same time: fresh pasta, meat, wood-fired mushrooms, all served with the best wines of the region. Also makes caffè, and the terrace is very attractive for an aperitif. Good service.

Ci ha ispirato questo posto sia per la location e come la vista che offre….
Abbiamo prenotato con the fork.. veniamo accolti con con garbo e sorriso da una ragazza che ci fa scegliere il tavolo..
Prendiamo un l’antipasto della signoria che comprendeva diversi affettati e bruschette e formaggi…. Però la cosa che mi ha deluso molto è che stando in Umbria non ho trovato neanche un prodotto tipico un’affettato del posto qualcosa che mi facesse sentire l’umbria, come prime portate pendiamo due tagliate al tartufo e vengono servite con una specie di crema al tartufo togliendo il sapore dalla carne!
Potrebbero fare di meglio merita la canti dei vini.
