On the menu for the primi piatti (first courses), pasta dishes such as penne alla norcina with truffle, gnocchi with radicchio and gorgonzola, soups, and in secondi piatti taste the stracciata d'uovo con tartufo, or the polpette della nonna (grandmother's meatballs) .
