This festival, which was born under the impetus of the Italian-American composer Gian Carlo Menotti in 1958, brings together two cultures, two countries: Italy and the United States. For 17 days, great Italian and American talents meet in Spoleto for classical music, jazz, opera, dance and theatre performances. Different places in the city are taken over by this cultural scene. Very good programming every year!
