Umbrian specialities are in the spotlight in this elegant restaurant in the centre of Orvieto. The food is neat and very good. Taste the taglioli with porcini funghi and the risotto with parmesan cheese and white truffles, a real treat. Wild boar, duck (duck breast with honey and citrus fruits, tarragon and carrot purée with turmeric...) and wild deer meat. For cheese lovers, take the Pecorino di Pienza with honey to end your meal! The terrace offers a beautiful view of the cathedral. Professional service and prices accordingly.

Dining at I Sette Consoli was an enchanting experience, marked by the delicate and elegant presentation of each dish. Ho cenato due sere. Cappelletti in brodo di piccione perfetti. Ottimo anche il risotto con pernice. Carta vini che premia il territorio ma piuttosto corposa.
