Taste the taglioli with porcini funghi and the risotto with parmesan cheese and white truffles, a real treat. Wild boar, duck (duck breast with honey and citrus fruits, tarragon and carrot purée with turmeric...) and wild deer meat. For cheese lovers, take the Pecorino di Pienza with honey to end your meal!
