Situated in an impressive old and beautiful tufa cave, with a pleasant piano bar. On the menu: grilled meat, wood oven baked pizza, homemade pasta... A tasting menu is entirely dedicated to chianina meat (an ancient Italian breed of cattle bred mainly in Tuscany, but also in Umbria). Outside there is a terrace on one of the most exquisite squares in the city. Excellent wine cellar and Umbrian specialities. This is one of the best restaurants in the Umbria/Tuscany region. We eat there about once a month and have never been disappointed. It is in an ancient Etruscan grotto. You can even watch them make your homemade pasta. I highly recommend this great place.

Questo ristorante è entrato nella mia top five di posti migliori per mangiare. Il personale mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio, l'ambiente molto accogliente ma il cibo e il vino erano veramente insuperabili. La pizza e la pasta ottimi lo consiglio a tutti quelli che hanno voglia di mangiare bene e spendendendo il prezzo giusto.

オルビエートは凝灰岩の上にある小さな街。
ここには1000を超える洞窟があり、大昔はランプ用のオリーブオイル製造所だったり、お墓だったり、倉庫として使っていた。

今ではこの洞窟を利用したレストランもよくある。
こちらはその一つで、洞窟の雰囲気が良く出ている。

この街の名物はウンブリケッタというパスタ????
小麦粉に水を混ぜたうどんのようなモチモチした太いパスタ。
他の街ではあまり見られないので是非試してみてください。
