Situated in a small alley near the Duomo, La Pergola has always been a family run establishment offering simple but quality regional cuisine. Delicious homemade pasta and local meats. In addition to a warm interior room coloured in green and yellow, this trattoria has a veranda (winter garden) and a small covered courtyard for eating in the sun. The service is fast and courteous. Ask for advice if you can't choose from the regional wine list! Good value for money on top of that.

Cucina tipica orvietano di grande qualità. Personale molto cordiale e professionale. Attenti alle intolleranze dei commensali. La cucina è molto curata in tutti i particolari. Una carta dei vini ampia per tutte le tasche e con una grande scelta di vini locali. Il piccione alla Orvietana in bassa cottura è qualcosa di sublime. Prezzi in linea con la cucina proposta

Alla vecchia gestione nulla a che vedere! Antipasto di salumi solobrado costato €18, mancava il prosciutto di cinta senese e un altro tipo di salame per lo più il lardo lo hanno spacciato per il prosciutto di cinta.
Arrivati al conto non abbiamo ricevuto un minimo di sconto.
(Bastava farlo presente e trovare un alternativa)

Introdotto da un amico di antichissima data, abbiamo conosciuto questo locale che subito si è contraddistinto per la solerzia zelante del personale e la rimarchevole frescura del locale. Servizio rapido, antipasti di spessore, primi eccellenti, petto d’anatra consigliato e servito con gradevole gusto nella preparazione del piatto. Prezzo onesto, al cospetto di un vino senza dubbio di qualitâ. Esperienza ampiamente positiva, da riproporre anche ad ospiti. Bravi!!!!
