Se si vuol mangiare un buon cinghiale, decisamente è il posto giusto. Il cinghiale del Buongustaio è tenero come il burro. Ottimi anche gli affettati. Per le pappardelle, il mio compagno ha chiesto dell'olio piccante e ci hanno portato una salsa decisamente forte con un sapore di peperone molto marcato, ottima per chi ama il piccante.
