Su specifica richiesta dichiarano di fare anche cucina senza glutine. Al momento dell'ordine ci dicono che senza glutine hanno solo due tipi di zuppe, per corregersi dopo una rapida consultazione con altri cameririeri dicendo che hanno anche due tipi di pasta: penne e spaghetti. Ordiniamo le penne, ma ci comunicano che hanno solo gli spaghetti.......
Il tutto condito con la cameriera con la camicia bianca piena di macchie di sugo.
Un posto tranquillamente evitabile.

We're in Orvieto on a quiet September evening, and dined here just by chance. The food, wine, cheese and location were excellent, only outdone by our host who treated us like good friends. So happy we chose to stop here! The four of us all highly recommend.
