An imposing tower, offering a beautiful view, at the Palazzo dei Sette in Orvieto.
This imposing tower, built at the end of the 13th century, is located in Palazzo dei Sette, which served as a residence for judges and various popes. Strategically located in the historic centre, at the crossroads between Corso Cavour, Via del Duomo and Via della Costituente, this tower is a landmark of the city. It is 47 m high and was used as a watchtower to control the territory of Orvieto. Today it offers a magnificent view of the city and its surroundings. Adjacent to this tower is the beautiful Palazzo dei Sette.
