This design restaurant is located on the edge of the national road, at the entrance to the village of Assergi. Not to rely on its somewhat hybrid location, the establishment is probably the best in the corner: The chef revisits the traditional cuisine of the Abruzzes by sprinkling it with a few touches of modernity. Small outdoor patio in summer.
