Bellissima scoperta , molto casuale , dopo una breve visita a Scanno ( da approfondire ) , pranzo veloce , ma organizzato sapientemente , menu leggero, ma solo ottime cose, strepitoso contornone di verdure cotte , polenta e funghi , dolce della casa ( fatto in casa , come la maggior parte delle cose ! ) . Servizio veloce ed efficiente, cucina a vista , locale pulito e velocemente sanificato, non provato i vini perchè mi aspettava una lunga guida, da tornare per Scanno e per una cena più completa.

Ottimo ristorantino tipico con piatti tradizionali e personale gentilissimo. Buonissime sagne e ceci e i cazzellitti con le fuoje (rape). Buono anche il caciocavallo arrosto e le patate al forno. Prezzi onesti e cena riuscita

Ambiente (e cucina) accogliente e familiare. Mi è sembrato di andare a mangiare a casa di vecchi amici. Il locale non è molto grande e per questo è necessario prenotare, ma le dimensioni favoriscono la giusta atmosfera. Ho trovato molto bella la possibilità di vedere la cucina. Eravamo seduti ad un tavolo vicino la cucina e quindi, attraverso una vetrata, potevamo vedere la preparazione dei piatti. Tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato era eccellente e di produzione propria. Il prezzo è stato giusto in proporziine a ciò che abbiamo mangiato ed al servizio ricevuto. Molto cordiali tutte le persone che ci hanno servito. Quando ripasserò da Scanno, ci tornerò sicuramente.
