About ten minutes by car from Loreto Aprutino, in Civitella Casanova, is probably one of the best restaurants in the area. In a very elegant setting, the Abruzzo cuisine, between tradition and innovation, is shaped by the skillful chef Marcello Spadone, his wife and sons. A family affair, then, since the restaurant itself was opened by Anna D'Andrea, the chef's mother, in 1977! The food is of the highest quality and the presentation of the dishes is meticulous. For a moment of gastronomic poetry.

Frankly couldn’t fault it, loved every dish from the entrée through to desert and it’s amazing value for money (please remember it’s Michelin Star).
Will most definitely be going back for another meal there.
