Ristorante storico dove mangiare come faresti a casa e anche meglio, Noi abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione a 30 €. La "mugnaia" , primo tipico abruzzese, è un' esperienza mistica , davvero eccellente per gli amanti del genere. Per il resto è tutto abbastanza normale, antipasti di salumi e formaggi con alcune cosette calde come le polpette " cacio e ove', una frittatina e poco altro, poi tre assaggi di primi, la citata mugnaia, gnocchi al sugo e ravioli al sugo, avrei preferito almno un primo bianco dei tre ma erano comunque ottimi. Per aecondo un classico arrosto di salsicce, bistecche di maiale e arrosticini, come contorni insalata verde e patate al forno buonissime e per concludere tiramisù fatto in casa e caffè. Il vino della casa è sicuramente migliorabile. Il posto è informale e accogliente, i camerieri molto bravi e disponibili.

A short drive outside of Citta Sant’Angelo or Penne, you'll find this place. Food was excellent. We’ve had a lot of great meals it Abruzzo, most of them have been in the $60-$75 range. The food at Mugnaia was fantastic, and dinner for two was $30!
