Voyage un peu long entre l'aéroport et la gare Victoria mais en échange, on fait un peu de tourisme. Pour le retour, un café tient lieu de salle d'attente ; on a eu un peu de mal à trouver.

La compagnie n'opère plus depuis/vers les aéroports de Londres. Pendant quelques semaines ils ont laissé leur site de réservation et d achat en ligne et n'ont pas informer leurs clients. Je trouve ça honteux surtout quand on se retrouve sans solution au dernier moment. Et 4 mois apres les gens attendent encore leur remboursement !!!

We reserved in March 2016 transport return between London stansted and for April 2016. 15 days before departure, e-mail of the company that tells us that transport are cancelled and that we will be reimbursed. Today, at the end of April, 1 month after cancellation and 3 emails, any refund, any return of customer service. Avoid absolutely!

That it was not my surprise to hear me to say, on my arrival has the airport by looking for the dock where the bus is that this company did not exist since January 2016 more…

Indeed, no bus Terravision was on the quay. While offers information with various counter, they have tell me that it was a company not very honest which continued to sell tickets while they do not have a bus!

However, it is possible to take another bus, without complete with tickets bought in line, but that us demountings with Kings Cross (on the outskirts of London) rather only in the center and reserved on the ticket!

If we had not informed with a counter, we would never know that we must take another bus and we would have to buy new ones…

Avoid, take quite the company nationalexpress!

Bus confortable et prix intéressant pour regagner le centre de Londres depuis l'aéroport.
Point négatif, retard au départ de Londres pour notre retour en France, heureusement nous avions prévu du temps pour se genre de désagrément...

Cette compagnie affiche des tarifs plus bas que ses concurrents mais respecte plus ou moins bien les horaires affichés. Si vous souhaitez réserver un horaire en ligne, prévoyez large afin de ne pas vous retrouver coincé, à l'aller comme au retour. Le trajet peut durer 2 heures quand il y a de la circulation, mais cela permet de voir Londres et sa banlieue, les images sont plutôt sympas et les bus sont confortables.

Terravision seeking before its very exciting buses. While waiting for ours, we saw 3 buses of the other company leaving. The displayed times are fake. Allow about 1 hour shuttle between each. If you want to be on time, to escape. In choice, fast train or national company (top after a return per hour crushes)
