Chin Chin is the future of ice cream, and perhaps our favorite in London! It's actually a liquid nitrogen or nitrogen ice cream shop, the first in the UK. The addition of nitrogen to the preparation results in a much smoother, creamier texture, transforming the mixture almost immediately into ice cream. Entering the store is an experience in itself. With the gas cylinders, you'd think you were in a science lab. Try their Sticky Toffee Warmie or go for their toasted Marshmallow hot chocolate. A must-have!
