DELHI BRASSERIE
Brasserie in the heart of the theatre district offering quality tandoori and vegetarian cuisine in a typical atmosphere.
In the heart of the theatre district, the Delhi Brasserie offers a good and quick dinner after a show. For more than 30 years, this establishment has been serving quality Tandoori cuisine in a fairly typical atmosphere. If you can choose, opt for the main room on the ground floor, which overlooks the street. With its large ceilings and brightness, it provides a very pleasant dining environment. On the menu: chicken tikka, chicken, salmon or tandoori lamb but also many curries and vegetarian options.

Dine started with the waiter visibly getting impatient while we were choosing from the menu (and we did not spend too long this!) When they brought the choke, our napkins literally were thrown into the lap. (As if we do not know proper table ways... we were still choosing from the wine list At that moment and just did not get the opportunity to do so ourself). Papadums chutney and were ok, but nothing special. Suffocates During, we had to keep the waiter twice from removing our choke before we had finished it all. Continues To, I ordered red wine and passionate white wine instead (White wine to accompany spiced Indian food... you must Be crazy!). I did not even bother to complain. That is not the only thing we wanted to get out as quick as possible because the cold air was really bothering custom. The main course was decent, but a bit dull and not very rich. The naan bread and the pilaf rice are good. But, we have had much better Indian food in the past, going out dining gold prepared by friends! And again, almost waiter has collected our flat before we were completed. I guess this was the final sign happy to it. (And, we were not slow fox trot! I am aware these restaurants depends on a good table turnover, but these waiters just made me feel like a cash cow!) Upon paying however, they suddenly remembered how to properly treat guests... we who wet napkins for our hands, a discount loyalty card, and help with getting our coats one... Based on what we experienced, this restaurant does not just disserve good reviews, let alone recommendations.
This restaurant should not be recommended by the Petit Futé. We considered your recommandation as a reliable label but we went through our worst dinner experience in an indian restaurant. It is a pity.
