Hélène Darroze, the three-star French chef, officiates at this address exporting French gastronomy across the Channel. Her cuisine is top-of-the-range, with dishes that are rather classic, but very high-flying. The address also houses a luxury hotel with spa and massage facilities, frequented by the Duchess of Cambridge herself. The bar and champagne room are well worth a visit! The restaurant menu (which changes with the seasons) includes langoustines, octopus, Scottish lobster, duck... A cuisine you won't forget!
