In the shadow of the Leadenhall Market, this boutique offers a salad formula at midday. For £ 5, one chooses its base, leaves of salad, pasta or couscous, for example, three vegetables among which carrots, beets, peas, onions…, then a deli (meat, fish or cheese), trimming (crusts, grapes, nuts, coriander…) and finally the sauce. The custom result is necessarily to your taste and accompanied by a fruit juice, it is ideal for a refreshing snack. In the morning, there is also the possibility of taking a rich breakfast.
