BOOKS FOR COOKS
A restaurant in a London bookshop offering new recipes.
At first, it was only a bookstore specializing in cookbooks. Over time, the owners realized that nothing was more selling than putting the content of these books into practice. Thus, past the shelves of books, we end up in a small room, where we taste new recipes: soups, various grills, fish, vegetable dishes, cakes (chocolate, meringues, muffins), the dishes are different every day... Usually, there is a crowd at the weekend, but the restaurant does not take reservations.
