Sketch is at once a restaurant, designed by French chef Pierre Gagnaire, a bar and a space dedicated to contemporary art, in collaboration with the Royal Academy of Arts. Sketch has four restaurants, for every hour of the day. Afternoon tea is served in The Gallery. This vast, creamy-pink space has a sophisticated design and a relaxed atmosphere. Settle into armchairs that look like raspberry macaroons, and you'll fall back into childhood. Upstairs, The Lecture Room, a Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant.
