The kitchens use only locally-grown produce from responsible, reasoned production. A restaurant that masterfully showcases contemporary British cuisine in an informal atmosphere. The café-restaurant overlooks the market and St. Paul's Cathedral. Closed in July 2023 for renovation, the interior is all the more elegant and refined.
