An unusual restaurant in London offering Eritrean cuisine.
Have you ever eaten with your hands, without cutlery? Now's your chance to try Eritrean specialties. For the first time, try one of the menus for two, which consist of a dish topped with injera, a type of pancake typical of the Horn of Africa, and various specialties served on top, such as lamb stew simmered with spices. The cook, Mama Mosab, arrived in the UK in 1998, fleeing the war in her country, and set up the restaurant in 2004. Today, she is still the cook.
