Cây Tre is certainly London's most authentic Vietnamese restaurant. It's also one of the busiest on Dean Street, so be sure to make a reservation. The atmosphere is relaxed, the decor simple, the lanterns to the fore, and the homemade specialties to die for. Don't miss the banh cuon, Hanoi style! A pure delight. We also love their Pho simmered in the purest Vietnamese tradition.
