" Vietnam in a bowl "is in Pho, a small chain of six restaurants, five in London and one in Brighton, where emphasis is placed on fresh products and cheap prices. On the menu: délicieuses salads of papaya, shrimps and hazelnuts; green beans and chili sauce; or the "pho" soups, which are assorted, accompanied by various noodles, meat and herbs. It's healthy, it's perfumed and cheap. At lunchtime, Tout comes to eat.

On y trouve un éventail de quelques plats typiques vietnamiens (nouilles, soupes, riz sautés, etc.) Les plats sont corrects, bien épicés, mais assez gras dans l'ensemble.
Les jus de fruits maison sont excellents surtout celui à la pomme.
Cadre et agréable et restaurant idéalement situé.
