WAVE stands for "we are vegan everything" and is a 100% vegan eatery. This café in cool Hackney offers a dream menu, ideal for brunches with fresh juices, pancakes, smoothies, bowls or bagels. The ingredients are carefully selected by Cait and Soph, the café's founders, in an ethically responsible approach. Through their dishes, they aim to convey a positive image of the vegan movement. The interior is as successful as the menu, with bobo chic decor and swings in the middle of the room. There are even yoga classes.
