Came here for dinner & drinks with friends and had an amazing time. The food was delicious (would recommend the soft shell crab) and the cocktails were strong and flavourful. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the vibe was perfect. Will be coming back!

Absolutely delightful experience at karma sanctum! From the warm and inviting atmosphere to the impeccable service, every aspect of our visit exceeded expectations. The menu offered a diverse selection of dishes, each beautifully presented and bursting with flavor.

I stayed at Sanctum for two weeks and it felt like home. My Junior Suite was amazing. I miss it. The staff got to know me and went above and beyond to service my needs. I felt like these people wanted me to enjoy myself and to come back next trip. The restaurant and rooftop bar are clutch. Location can't be beat. This place is a hidden gem!

Fabulous place never been there before but hope to go again, what a marvellous hotel tucked away in Piccadilly! Such an interesting story behind it also.

Great food, lovely vibe and a welcoming manager. Had a great experience overall and would encourage everyone to try this place out.

I have no idea what the hotel is like, as we stopped for a Japanese afternoon tea at the Wild Heart bar.
It took some time to attract any attention for us to be seated. We were told in very broken English that the Chef had been taken ill, and then something about dessert. We were served a glass of pressecco, which was very average, then ignored for 30 long minutes.
To be fair, the ambulance crew was being shown into the kitchen.
We were just about to leave when three of our four starters were delivered. The food was OK, but nothing special. The tuna was way past its best and had a pasty texture.
After we finished the three starters, the fourth was brought out, a crab slider. Bland greasy deep fried nothingness with a sauce that should have been wasabi buy tasted of nothing.
The plates were cleared, we waited longer, and eventually, the dessert was brought out. By this time, I'd lost interest altogether. The Panna cotta was the best thing there. Scones were good, the chocolate mousse was bitter and rich, but a bit too much for me.
I didn't eat the mochi for no other reason than I was annoyed.
After all this, we were offered tea.
Eventually, some poor waitress who had not served us and had just started her shift had the misfortune to ask us if everything was OK. To my shame what started as a complaint finished as a rant. I got more annoyed at her and raised my voice. Eventually she excused herself.
I should have asked for the manager, and she should have been trained to fetch the manager at such an encounter.
If you are reading this. I humbly apologise for being rude. It was not your fault at all.
However the manager was. We were offered a full refund as this was a pre paid Christmas present. I'm not local to london so this was part of a weekend away.

To the owners.
When you are unable to deliver the service you advertise you need to offer your clients the chance to take their business elsewhere.
If I had been told clearly on arrival that the chef had been taken ill and that you were not able to offer the service you'd normally offer I would have been slightly disappointed but I would have admired you for your honesty.
Instead I upset one of your staff and spoilt my own weekend.

Really rude welcoming , not even greeting. Just why am.i here. No appologies. Really not acceptable for a hotel that calibre.

Came here for a work event last week, the venue and food were excellent - great atmosphere and delicious bowl food (although we could have done with twice the amount).
Service was ok.. the staff were quite rude. Particularly the man behind the bar, you could tell he didn't want to be there (even when asking for a glass of water, I was rewarded with an annoyed stare). Security guard (male, supervising the late shift) was also really rude - no patience and very unfriendly, when I asked for my jacket from the cloakroom it seemed to be a real nuisance!

Dirty rooms, separate cold and hot taps (uncomfortable for non UK guests). After check out my credit card was charged, I have no idea for what. Actually, we prepaid our reservations. We booked 2 rooms: superior and budget for kids, bur budget room is better than superior.
Receptionists didn’t help us with our complains. I’d like to giving thank you to Russian-speaker housekeeper. She was helpful and friendly.
I don’t recommend this hotel for my friends.

Horrible staff behaviour. Veer away and go to the many other options in the area. Never going back again. Shabby bar area. Tiny spaces.

Check in was at 3pm but our room wasn't ready until 4:20pm, the receptionist was rude to housekeeping staff, definitely not what I expected for a +300usd a night hotel

It’s Christmas Eve and the staff seemed just angry at everyone who was a paying guest but not a guest in the hotel. Could be a seasonal challenge.

Karma Sanctum is an oasis in the midst of W1. Once you enter this rock'n'roll haven you would never know you are a stone's throw from Piccadilly Circus, at the intersection of Regent St and Soho.
It has such a unique vibe and you can really feel the warm and authentic touch of owners Mark & Sherene on everything - little might you guess the power couple they are.
From basement (set up for gigs and screenings) to rooftop (equipped with hot tub and heaters) everything is considered. Cannot wait to return.

I had the pleasure & privilege of visiting the Karma Sanctuary Soho on Monday for an amazing event raising funds & awareness for the amazing Music For Mental Wealth - supporting musicians through any emotional challenges…

I have to say I was blown away by the venue (decor / location etc) but especially by the vibe of the place!! The staff are awesome & so hospitable & kind & I will definitely be back!!

The performers were magnificent too - pulling off a great acoustic show in a cinema the way they did is no mean feat!!

HUGE thanks to all the team there for making the event possible!!!

THE coolest hotel in London!
