For its fourth London property, the Hoxton is heading west, near Notting Hill and Portobello Road, in a multicultural neighborhood with a rich musical and television history. There are nods to this flamboyant past in the 237 rooms and in the common areas with their slightly retro aesthetic. Note: the Thai-American restaurant, Chet's, is also worth a visit and offers fresh and tasty fusion cuisine.

Clean and welcoming. Nice atmosphere

The “snug bunk” is for two people, yet has zero closet space, not even coat hooks. A few clothes hangers dangle above the minuscule desk, which oddly enough also serves as the mini bar and hosts the tea/coffee making facilities. We had to hang our clothes over the beds. Windows don’t open. Overall the room experience borders on claustrophobic. Disappointing for a Hoxton.

What truly set this stay apart was the impeccable service provided by the staff, particularly Tais Santos. Tais went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Her warm demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. From offering personalized recommendations for exploring the city to ensuring all my needs were met promptly, Tais exemplified what exceptional hospitality is all about.
The room itself was stylishly designed, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a relaxing stay. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the vibrant neighborhood and easily access public transportation.
The dining options at the hotel were also top-notch, with delicious food and a great ambiance that added to the overall experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in London.
