Most uncompassionate and sterile hotel management I have ever come across. I am a travel agent and had a booking at this hotel to do a site tour (no discount was extended to me), and I unfortunately had a medical emergency a few weeks prior to my trip. I contacted the hotel and provided medical records and they refused to provide a refund, allow me to alter the date or even offer a slight discount for a future trip (I had booked directly with the hotel as typical there are benefits to doing so, but not here). Never have I encountered such indifference to ones situation in my many years in the industry. I have advised all of my clients to not stay at this hotel. Be ware, if you book a stay at this hotel, they don't care if you even have a death in the family, no exceptions unless you book a refundable room rate. You would expect better from a Relais & Chateau..

After a long day of travel to get to London from the U.S. we were pleased to find that our room was ready early and we would be able to check in far before 3 pm. Immediately this was a huge plus on our book! The staff was so hospitable, afternoon tea was delicious and our room was very beautiful. We are honeymooning and the staff was so kind to leave a personal note and bottle of champagne in our room as a surprise gift! Cannot say enough good things about this hotel, the food and staff! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be repeat customers on future visits!

We had afternoon tea at 11 Cadogan arms, and overall it was really nice. The hotel is beautiful, in a great location. We had a cute little greenhouse room for the six of us, and it was a fun experience. The food is pricey but good, and you get a lot of it. The only bummer is they ask for dietary restrictions in advance, but they didn’t actually accommodate those the day of (had asked for pescatarian).

Originally four grand Victorian houses, the 56 bedroom property offers upscale accommodation. The comfortable public rooms still have the air of the opulent lifestyle enjoyed by well-heeled Londoners at the end of the nineteenth century.
Afternoon tea is very popular here.
Highly recommended.
