Family B&B, with terrace and garden, close to the British Museum in London.

This family B&B located a few meters from the British Museum has basic rooms, whose modest decoration remains welcoming, even if it deserves a little rejuvenation. A small garden at the back allows you to rest in a corner of greenery, after a long day spent walking around London.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. We had a reservation with them, paid, confirmed twice ( as I did asked them if everything is ok with my booking a month's before arrival and received confirmation) and on arrival we've been told that they have no room for us. The lady at the reception acted like we are causing her problems, no apologies, no nothing. Manager didn't even want to talk to us. Haven't received refund so far...
Horrible...
And the hotel itself looking like very old hostel...

ESTAFADORES! Teniendo una reserva para noviembre, y teniendo que pagar en el alojamiento, nos han pasado dos veces un recibo que no es lo que me toca pagar por la estancia en este "hotel"... Lastima que no hubiera leido antes en google maps los comentarios mas recientes sobre este sitio, si no ni de coña lo habria contratado. Espero que booking pueda devolverme todo lo que me han robado estos sinvergüenzas... No hace falta decir, que ni responden al telefono y al correo...
