This family B&B located a few meters from the British Museum has basic rooms, whose modest decoration remains welcoming, even if it deserves a little rejuvenation. A small garden at the back allows you to rest in a corner of greenery, after a long day spent walking around London.

DO NOT GO HERE, Worst hotel ever!!! In our one night stay we had trouble with mice, the water of the shower was cold and after 10 minutes the water pressure was too low to shower. The hotel did nothing with our complaint and didn’t even respond. After 5 o’clock there is nobody available anymore.

Son unos sinvergüenzas. Les hice una reserva desde booking 11 meses antes de la fecha de nuestro viaje . Al leer tantas y tan malas reseñas en google , decidí anularlo en menos de 24h. ( es decir 11 meses antes de viajar)
Tenía cancelación gratuita y rembolso hasta unos días antes de nuestra llegada.
Pues ellos lo cobraron todo , integramente!
Y dos meses después sigo esperando y reclamando todo el dinero de la reserva . Me lo cobraron y no responden ni a mi ni a booking.
Son unos impresentables.

Horrible !!!! Tenía una habitación con cancelación gratuita, y al ver los comentarios tan malos la cancelé ... Hace más de un mes, y no me han devuelto el dinero!! Más de 700€ que no me devuelven, ni responden ni dan señales de vida ... Eso sí, el dinero no se tenía que haber cobrado hasta la fecha de la estancia pero se lo cobraron en el momento ... Son unos estafadores !! Y espero que no engañen a más gente !!!!
