La situación muy buena, el servicio es muy básico pero muy amables los trabajadores y la habitación aunque era pequeña estaba muy limpia.

L'hotel si trova a 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Pimlico della Victoria Line. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Victoria Station, stazione di collegamento con Gatwick Aeroporto. A piedi è inoltre abbastanza vicino a punti d'interesse come Westminster, Big Ben e Backingum Palace. L'hotel non è una nuova struttura, le camere sono piccole (ma credo sia uno standard di fascia per Londra) così come le dimensioni del letto matrimoniale. Scarsa l'insonorizzazione. Ottimo il riscaldamento autonomo. Ridotta dotazione di accessori da bagno. Asciugacapelli presente. Prezzo elevato in rapporto alla qualità della camera e del servizio.

I stayed at the Melbourne Hotel for four days. During my stay, the staff were very kind and helpful. It's a great location, with easy access to public transportation. There are many stores and restaurants in the area.

Top clean hotel, white and soft towels, comfortable beds. The staff is super kind, John & Manuela, lovely Lauren and Nikita.
The room is equipped with a kettle to prepare your own tea or coffee, a tv, a hairdryer and soap and shampoo free toiletries. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness, the welcoming atmosphere and the central location. I asked them something about the heating and they immediately helped me. You feel safe and welcomed once you are there. They also gave me some instructions to get to some places in London and helped me with an umbrella / very important in those rainy days !
The area in which the hotel is located is a nice area, in central london, there are loads of restaurants around.
Thank you again, I will definitely return and recommend your hotel ????????????????

Great stay at Melbourne House. Top Notch, Friendly Service, in a Clean place, with a good sized, quiet room. Owners shared many good restaurants, all within walking distance. Would stay there again!!

Excellent location, managed by a very nice family, yes there are lots of stairs but I didn't mind it as we got a nice view from up there. The building is old but you get an authentic experience of the area. The room was clean and in an acceptable size. The downside was the noise from the water pump, every time someone ran water and also from the adjacent rooms. Also poor Internet on the fourth floor.

I stayed here back in May, 2023 - what a truly a great experience! If you are needing a place to stay that covers the bases while still being a reasonable price, this is the place for you. They were super flexible as our train came in around 11pm and they accommodated us with no issue. Everyone was so incredibly kind, you really get the feel of the family-owned business, I will definitely stay here again in the future! Super clean, quiet, quick walk to the tube. Can't recommend enough!

Très bon accueil,le personnel est très sympa,le réceptionniste renseigne au maximum sur les visites , restaurants, et qui plus est en Français. Si on a un soucis , le personnel fait le maximum pour nous depanner . On nous a appelé dans la chambre pour savoir si on voulait du chauffage. De plus l'hôtel est en plein centre de Londres . Les principaux sites (Buckingam palace, Trafalgare square, Big ben ) sont à 15/20mn à pied. Bref un hotel conseiller. Seul inconvénient. Pas de petit dej dans l'hôtel ( depuis le covid) mais tout ce qu'il faut autour pour en trouver ( petit dej anglais ou autres)

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel en raison de son emplacement, pas loin de buckingham palace. Le personnel était très sympathique. Par contre, en juin 2022 il faisait une de ces chaleurs et la chambre n’avait pas de Clim… c’est à partir de ce moment là où je me suis dit que plus jamais je choisirai un hôtel sans Clim!! Never ever!!! La chambre était un sauna et je pèse mes mots !!! Cheveux aussitôt lavés aussitôt séchés!!! nous n’avons pas super bien dormi… le petit déjeuner n’était pas super. Cependant je recommande tout de même cet hôtel, hors été bien sûr, car il y a pleins de choses aux alentours et pour les petits budgets. Par contre si vous pouvez vous permettre de mettre plus, choisissez un autre hôtel !!!

Hotel propre mais bruyant car absence totale d'insonorisation. Le moindre bruit de porte s'entend dans les chambres à tout heure du jour ou de la nuit.

Lovely, friendly family run hotel. Very helpful with information about places to visit and eat. Rooms comfortable with tea, coffee facilities. Excellent location. Would stay again .
