Family hotel in London offering fully equipped and comfortable rooms.
A very small family hotel with care for over 20 years by the same owners. Composed of only 14 rooms, all differently furnished but all very comfortable with double glazing.

Very horrible experience. Room was a hell hole, no customer service and above all, we were not refunded even though we showed up and complained about the facility. The people are scammers. Nobody should ever go there

I booked this hotel last week by mistake so called the hotel immediately after and they said they would refund me due to the circumstances. A week later I still haven't had my money back and now they are refusing to cancel. They are unwilling to do anything further and I am left overdrawn with no money. I've never complained about anything before but the way they have treated me has been appalling, I didn't even use the room! I would give zero stars if I could.
