B&B hotel in London offering more than affordable rates.

A cheap B&B that does not sacrifice quality. Here, the decoration is not optional: marble steps, immaculate white walls, green plants. The rooms are not to be outdone, with their thick bedspreads, heavy curtains, giving the whole an air of comfort and hospitality. The converted attic houses two small rooms of about 25 m², nicely decorated, at the same price as the other doubles. It is possible that the hotel is not to everyone's liking, a little busy and old-fashioned, but the rates remain attractive.

We stayed for about two weeks in the month of early Nov 2023.... The hotel was located about 300 meters from Earls Court Station and there are also a lot of eateries including pubs within the hotel catering to different palette as well as grocers such as Co-Op and Sainsbury Local

The hotel is basic and clean, the staff are friendly especially Theresa who is extremely friendly and helpful.????

My stay here was okay. The rooms were a good size, but there was black mold in almost every spot imaginable. Walls so thin you could hear everything being discussed in the next room. I couldn't focus on anything too long in the bathroom without being disgusted. Also the Tv was crooked. A two minute walk to Earls Court Station which is really nice! The only saving grace for this hotel. I would not recommend.

If your expecting the Ritz this place isn't for you. But if your looking for a comfortable place to stay, in a brilliant location on a budget I recommend. Changed the linen and towels daily and were very helpful with my luggage (no lift, but that's not uncommon in London).
Had the twin on the second floor, had a big window we can open which was lovely. You do get noise from the street but you're in Earl's Court so that's normal.
Only downside was no fridge and the bathroom was decent but weirdly configured.
I have a feeling the negative reviews have come from people not used to budget london accommodation, this place was perfectly adequate for the price point considering the location.
