Luxury and quality hotel for an excellent stay in London.

What about this hotel apart from offering all the pleasures of a luxury establishment. Its 20 rooms are all decorated according to different inspirations (Chinese, Baroque, Troika…). Elegance and romance are two words suitable for this hotel in a beautiful Victorian building. Today fully into the st century, it has all the modern comforts and offers a range of quality services.

Room furniture could be a bit more simple, some nice wood carved wardrobe gets in the middle of opening doors. The dinning room also has some uncomfortable seating, very unpractical, maybe nice for a private home but the management should definitely re-evaluate ease of use around the hotel. Service however is very good, almost all staff have a true sense of hospitality.

Room did not look nearly as nice as photos make it appear. Small, cramped, and needs refreshing. Could barely fit 2 people in the elevator. Close walk to dining and underground was the only good part of this stay. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Was the priciest out of all of our stay (197 pounds) on a weekday and the lowest quality by far.
