For the anecdote, nine "Personality Suites" have been created in honour of great personalities from the political or artistic sphere who stopped for a while in Le Savoy between two trips. So you can (at a price!) feel like you're spending the night with Marlene Dietrich, Frank Sinatra, Winston Churchill or Charlie Chaplin! Inaugurated in 1889, the Savoy is renowned throughout the world.

The Beaufort Bar and River Restaurant were both amazing as well. It was fun sitting at the bar in Beaufort and the meal at River was superb.
I look forward to the reopening of Simpsons in the Strand!
